- 1 cup sourdough discard
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
Cut butter into 5 pats and place in the bottom of the 9x13 inch metal baking pan. Place the pan in pre-heated oven until melted. About 3 minutes.
Mix the eggs, milk, sourdough discard, vanilla extract, and white sugar together in a large bowl until smooth. Add the flour and stir to combine.
